All Kind Kai products are made fresh to order, with care and attention to quality. Because our products are perishable and require refrigeration, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless we are at fault.

Please choose your products carefully before confirming your order. 

Refunds or replacements will only be approved if Kind Kai is responsible for the issue.
