Kind Kai Shipping & Pickup Policy

Local Pickup

Kind Kai offers free local pickup from Papamoa, Bay of Plenty.
Pickup is available on:

Wednesdays: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Order by Tuesday 12 p.m.
Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (order by Friday 12 p.m.)

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation or name on arrival.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within 20 km of Papamoa for a flat fee of $12.00.
Deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Delivery Minimum:
A minimum order of 4 tubs is required for delivery. Orders below this quantity will be available for pickup only.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be left in a safe, shaded area.
Please ensure your order is refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

Shipping Outside Papamoa

At this time, we do not offer nationwide shipping as all Kind Kai products are made fresh and require refrigeration.
