Kind Kai Shipping & Pickup Policy

Local Pickup

Kind Kai offers free local pickup from Papamoa, Bay of Plenty.
Pickup times:

Orders are available for pick up every Monday evening.

Order cut-off: Sunday at 8pm
Pick up: Monday at 5.30pm - 6.30pm

Orders placed after 8pm Sunday will roll over to the following week.

Pick-up details and location will be provided once your order is confirmed.

You’ll receive a message once your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation or provide your name on arrival.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within 20 km of Papamoa for a flat fee of $12.00.
Deliveries are made on Monday afternoon/evening.

Delivery Minimum:
A minimum order of 4 tubs is required for delivery. Orders below this quantity will be available for pickup only.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be left in a safe, shaded area.
Please ensure your order is refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

Shipping Outside Papamoa

At this time, we do not offer nationwide shipping as all Kind Kai products are made fresh and require refrigeration.
